We may need to verify your identity before processing your request. We will not charge a fee for handling your request unless it is manifestly unfounded or excessive.

Legal Basis for Processing

• Consent (Article 6(1)(a)): Where you have given clear consent for us to process your personal data for a specific purpose, such as receiving marketing communications.
